Dataflow Application Rejected? Clear Next Steps

A rejected or negative Dataflow report is a verification problem with a specific cause. Mulk Consultancy reads the report, fixes the failed sources, and rebuilds Primary Source Verification so your DHA or GCC application can move again.

How to read a Dataflow rejection

Do not restart with the same PDFs. Open the report and separate three failure types: institution did not respond, institution said the document is not authentic or not found, and data mismatch (name, dates, designation). Each type needs a different fix.

Mulk Consultancy starts every rejected case with a line-by-line report review before any resubmission fee.

Common rejection triggers we see

  • Experience letters without signatory name, stamp or verifiable email
  • Universities with outdated registrar contacts
  • Name differences across passport, degree and license
  • Overlapping or missing employment dates
  • Designations on letters that do not match the license title claimed
  • Employers that closed or changed legal name without a forwarding verification path

Recovery sequence

  1. Extract every failed component from the Dataflow report.
  2. Collect corrected source documents or better institutional contacts.
  3. Align identity fields across the whole package.
  4. Resubmit only the components that need re-verification when possible.
  5. Reconnect the cleared report to DHA, DOH, MOH, SCFHS or QCHP.

What not to do after rejection

Do not create decorative experience letters that your employer cannot verify. Do not open multiple overlapping Dataflow cases for the same documents without a plan. Do not push a license application hoping the authority will ignore PSV. Cleared verification is still the bottleneck for GCC licensing.

Frequently asked questions

Is a negative report permanent?

No. Many candidates clear after corrected documents and better institution contacts.

Will I always need a brand-new Dataflow case?

Not always. Sometimes re-verification of specific components is enough. The report decides.

Can Mulk Consultancy contact my university?

We guide you on what to request and how to escalate. Some institutions will only speak to the graduate.

How long does recovery take?

It tracks the slowest institution. Strong contacts shorten it; closed employers lengthen it.

Does rejection hurt my DHA profile?

A cleared report afterward is what matters. Leaving a failed report attached without repair is what blocks progress.

Can you help if only one employer failed?

Yes. Targeted repair is often better than rebuilding the entire case.

Should I still prepare for the exam?

Only if your title is stable and the failed item will not change your category. We advise case by case.
